MBA-qualified, Francis was previously Regional Director of Asda where he was instrumental in store roll-out across the UK and also served as Managing Director of Asda Scotland, Group Managing Director of Brown & Jackson (Poundstretcher), Managing Director of the Sultan Centres (the leading supermarket chain in the Middle East), as well as a director or regional director of Lilywhites, Kwik Save and Powerhouse.
